1. Monies paid as a deposit are refundable provided all debts, damages, rent etc. have been cleared, all monies will be held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
2. You will be required to sign a letting agreement for 1 year lease before taking occupation. If you leave the property within the 1^st year you may forfeit your right to your deposit being returned.
3. Two approved guarantors where requested plus 1 months rent as deposit, guarantors where required will have to sign the lease agreement.
4. All DHSS forms must be completed before taking occupation of the subject property.
5. Proof of identity & Address must be provided on returning this application form: Driving Licences, Utility bill, Bank Statement or benefit book are acceptable.
6. If this form is not fully completed you will not be considered for the letting of the property.
