^ Back to topThe primary reason a rental inspection is carried out is to evaluate the overall condition of the property, checking specifically that everything is in good working order and the property is being maintained to a reasonable standard both internally and externally. Every attempt will be made to arrange a time suitable to you to inspect the property. We will provide a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to a rental inspection being carried out.
